GNOD have revealed the second track from their forthcoming album ‘Chronicles Of Gnowt Vol.1'. 'All Tunnel No Light' is slow burning mammoth of repetition and is accompanied by this 9min + video shot by the band's Chris Haslam and edited by Rocket's very own John O'Carroll. Watch it above.

What began as a 6 day trip into a residential studio setup in Hellfire Studios with producer John ‘Spud’ Murphy (Lankum, Black MIDI etc) resulted in a triptych of albums under the ‘Chronicles Of Gnowt’ banner, all embellished by the vivid surrealist paintings of Portuguese artist Joâo Alves.
Driven as always by the power of repetition as well as Gnod’s alchemical marriage of the maximal and the minimal, this first chapter is a travelogue which delves into pastoral tranquillity (as on ‘Three Trees Parts 1&2’) just as adeptly as expansive Earth-tinged riff monoliths (‘All Tunnel No Light’). The closing epic ‘Ekstasis’ in turn reaches a hallucinatory vista where kraut-tinged experimentalism meets Swans-style intensity. Yet all the while, this album sounds like no one but Gnod.
Chronicles Of Gnowt', which will be released over a year period. 'Vol.1' of this triptych will be hitting your ears on 10th April, then 'Vol.2' will be released in October and 'Vol.3' in April 2027.
