Marching into 2023 like an unstoppable robot army, Teeth Of The Sea are proud to present an exclusive digital-only single of brand new music - their first fresh material since Wraith hit the racks four years ago.

Vortex Of Release is a tour-de-force of dauntless metaphysical visions and imperious industrial machinery. Written and inspired initially by the band’s commission at the Science Museum to soundtrack the ‘Apollo’s Moon Shot’ documentary for the fiftieth anniversary of the moon landings, it’s evolved and morphed into a fearsome aural assault which marries atmospheric depth with in-the-red intensity.

This Bandcamp Friday release expands it into a bracing suite of versions and extrapolations, with the London-based electronic maverick A’Bear and the band’s own Sam Barton and Mike Bourne on the controls spinning its co-ordinates into infinity across kosmische elegies, juggernaut beats and absurdist abandon,

Vortex Of Release is a standalone single and will expressly NOT be included on Teeth Of The Sea’s forthcoming album, which is incoming later in 2023. Instead, this release simply sees Teeth Of The Sea starting the year as they mean to continue, foot on the accelerator and controls set for psychic warfare.
